A cool morning, temperature in the low 60s and my back was feeling as good as it ever does so loaded up on some pain relievers and headed over to the 37 acres, there was a drainage ditch that cut across the trail that I want to use as a driveway and over the years it has eroded away and was too deep for driving the truck across. The project started by digging the ditch deeper and then laying in the culvert and of course covering it all.
Not a big project but for an old fat man digging in rock infested ground it was a lot of work…with a lot of breaks. Pretty happy with the way it turned out, could use some more dirt or gravel on top but that will be another day, exhausted!
